Do you provide SABER or SASO 2902 documents for Saudi customs clearance?
SABER documents are issued by our qualified partner. We do not hold our own SABER certificate and do not guarantee customs clearance. The final result is subject to the review of Saudi local customs.
What is the payment term for a first bulk order?
30% deposit to start production, balance before shipment. Sample orders are 100% prepaid.
How are production and lead time arranged for a full container order?
Lead time depends on the specific model, quantity and production schedule, and is confirmed in writing before the order. We do not promise a fixed number of days upfront.
Can we get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are prepaid, and the sample fee can be credited against the bulk order as agreed. Final terms are confirmed by both parties.
What is the warranty policy?
Warranty scope is confirmed per product model and project terms, and written into the contract or PI. We do not make verbal commitments beyond the written terms.
Do you support neutral packing and OEM / private label?
Yes. Neutral packing, custom labels and logos are available, subject to a minimum order quantity. Sampling and packaging details are confirmed before ordering.
Can you help pass TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada platform review?
We provide standard test reports only. Platform listing approval and local compliance are the buyer's responsibility. We do not guarantee approval and do not issue a SABER certificate separately.
